The Qcify Eye system is an in-line monitoring system that can be installed over existing processing lines. It monitors quality, detects impurities automatically and removes those objects at the same time.

Sentigrate designed the technical architecture to process the high resolution images on a local server inside the factory and feed it to the computer vision algorithm.
