Sentigrate developed an advanced system that significantly reduces human intervention in the sterilization process of surgical instruments in hospitals. By integrating a state-of-the-art indoor localization system with an intelligent on-site software framework, their technology enables real-time tracking of smart sterilization boxes throughout the entire reprocessing cycle. This ensures that each box undergoes all required sterilization stages with precisely the right conditions and timing, improving both efficiency and reliability.

Through this collaboration, Ansana and Sentigrate are introducing a more reliable, data-driven approach to medical sterilization, addressing key challenges such as logistical inefficiencies, compliance risks, and resource waste. By leveraging cutting-edge tracking and automation technologies, this project aims to improve operational efficiency and environmental sustainability in hospitals.
