This data-driven approach improves monitoring accuracy, efficiency, and proactive care in care homes across Europe.
The project
To support this vision, Sentigrate contributed its expertise in sensor fusion and data integration, optimizing real-time processing of wearable sensors, radar, and localization beacons. Their smart software platform enables precise tracking, seamless system handovers, and automated anomaly detection, enhancing patient monitoring, traffic safety, and human-robot collaboration.
